Bores in lecture

vancouver’s not a cool place for nightlife;

tuesday a bunch of us SMU/UBC people decided to checkout the nightlife – just to take pictures, and see the scene. so we queued up for about ~2 and a half hours to get into a club which in the end we couldn’t get in (people were queuing since 7pm! UNBELIEVEABLE) then while in the queue, 2 frenchguys cut our queue and pretended he didn’t know how to speak english when he clearly spoke to me in english & to the bouncer also. but we all couldn’t fight back cos being asians, we were HOW SMALL compared to them ARGH. haha. even mark was like tiny compared to them. so nevermind we got really annoyed and decided to go for a walk. tried to buy some beer at a local super market only to realise that they only sell NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER AND ALCOHOL REMOVED WINE at the supermarkets. you can only buy liquor from the liquor stores which all close by 5pm. GOSH. so we just decided to walk into some pub with the rest of the SMU students but we got chased out cos we only brought our international student ID, they needed ‘proper’ IDs. 

all in all. that really was the downest days in vancouver man. haha. wasted 3hrs. but nvm la we had alot of laughs after that, even though the french guy was the WORSTEST. so annoyed. and my leg was hurting. bleagh. okay that’s all.

going to the beach now to watch some comedy/play. cya! (:
